Serve this stuffed potato with a bowl of broth-based soup for an easy, weekday meal.
Stuffed potatoes are great for those nights when everyone needs to eat at different times. Pre-bake or microwave the potatoes. Let family members top their own potatoes and microwave each on HIGH 30 sec. when they are ready to eat.
Prepare as directed, using one of the following flavor options: Chili- and Cheese-Stuffed Potatoes: Omit ham and broccoli. Top potato with heated prepared chili and the Cheddar cheese. Taco Potatoes: Omit ham and broccoli. Top potato with heated leftover taco meat, chopped tomatoes and the Cheddar cheese. Chicken- and Cheese-Stuffed Potatoes: Substitute 1/2 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the ham.

I love loaded potatoes..I used to make them all the time before the kids and I found this recipe and decided it would be a nice change. My youngest loved it too!
