I made it in an 8" pie pan; Since there were no seasonings except what are in the stuffing mix, I added a few of my own. Not much, just a pinch of thyme, sage, salt & pepper (mostly for the egg mixture) and dehydrated chopped onions. I also put a "shot" of Mrs. Dash's Hot and Spicy herb blend just to jazz it up a bit. I also used some leftover baked ham I had instead of the packaged variety - that worked well too. It was really good and the left overs were good cold the next day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! WOW!! I read some of the reviews that said not much flavor and a bit dry, so I added garlic and onion powder and black pepper...I would have added a bit of salt but I have a 9month old baby who will be eating this too so I did not add any...I also increased the eggs to #7 and increased the milk by abt 1/2 cup...This was really, really good! It had to bake for about 1 1/2 hours also, but well worth it! YUMMY! Thanks Kraft, for another great and inspiring recipe!

I hadleft over ham from Christmas that was getting tired so I checked out this recipe .It was quick to prepare and out of this world.I had no stove top chicken stuffing but I did have turkey stuffing.I thought that this recpie could be made for breakfast it reminded me of an omelet. I could see variations of this combination, such as, maybe fresh cooked sausage cut up in here in place of the ham.Whatever way you cook it up it will be sure to please

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My husband eally loved this dish. My husband eally loved this dish. I thought it was a bit dry and all I could taste was the stuffing. I used fresh brocolli that I precooked. I loved the flavor of the brocolli in the stuffing. I would put more cheese and ham in next time . It also stuck to the pan, so I would spray it next time. I only cooked it 30 minutes and it was done. It would have burned and been even drier if I had cooked it for the full hour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My whole family loved this! My whole family loved this! I scaled it to meet my husbands Weight Watcher req. I used 1 16 oz carton egg sub. 1 lg can mushrooms drained, fat free sour cream & 2% milk & cheese & 4 slices fat free ham sliced. It came to 5 pts. Many variations can be made w/this. Frozen spinach & 1 can diced tomatoes w/ green chile, drained & chopped onion. Or cooked bacon or linguica.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I really enjoyed this dish. I really enjoyed this dish. I thought there was plenty of flavor - i did use more ham than called for (breakfast ham slices) and used fresh broccoli instead. I also read the reviews first & ended up adding more milk to keep it from being too dry. My family had this for dinner but I think next time I will use as a brunch or potluck dish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from this was a big hit at my house! this was a big hit at my house! I am always trying new things and often my DH's response is " seems like it's missing something." but his reaction to this was, "I'm a big fan! I'm going to take the leftovers to work tomorrow and all the guys will be jealous!" :) it's great warmed up too. easy and really tasty.
