I loved this sandwich. It was so refreshing compared to a normal sliced bread sandwich. I toasted my bagel first for some warmth...it was delicious!
Thisrecipe is wonderful as a brunch. You can also use fresh spinach leaves instead of lettus if you wish. I also finely dice up some yellow bell pepper and add it into the veggie cream cheese. Try it, I promise you'll love it!!
I used chive and onion flavored cream cheese instead of garden veggie and my entire family loved it! Everyone said it was like a sandwich from a restaurant...a great compliment!
