Follow these tips for easier rolling and even distribution of the filling: Spread mayo to within 1/4 inch from edge of each tortilla. Place ham slices, side-by-side, with slices overlapping slightly. Sprinkle toppings lengthwise down centers of ham. Roll up tortilla parallel to long sides of ham slices.
Combine mayo and chilies. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Spread evenly onto tortillas; top with the ham and cheese. Continue as directed.
