Follow these tips for easier rolling and even distribution of the filling: Spread mayo to within 1/4 inch from edge of each tortilla. Place ham slices, side-by-side, with slices overlapping slightly. Sprinkle toppings lengthwise down centers of ham. Roll up tortilla parallel to long sides of ham slices.

Usually you make these roll-ups with chive cream cheese, green chiles and black olives. Everyone loves them made with these ingredients. I wouldn't make them again as this recipe says.
i think that it has a good idea about it but i think it would be better if you used cream cheese instead of mayo.
