  • Microwave Singles and sour cream in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 40 sec. or until Singles are melted and sauce is blended, stirring after 20 sec.
  • Peel potatoes, then mash in medium bowl. Add egg, ham and cheese sauce; mix until blended. Refrigerate 30 min. Shape into 12 nuggets; roll in cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
  • Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add potato nuggets, in batches; cook 5 min. or until golden brown, turning as needed. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm with ketchup.

I would definatly recommend baking the potaoe mixture the night before and frying up in the morning for a quick breakfast. If not using for a breakfast, you definatly need to refriderate longer than 30min, I "to messy." Otherwise, it was great and my kiddos (2 & 3) just loved them with ketchup!
