sticks (1 oz. each) KRAFT STRING-UMS String Cheese

prebaked Italian pizza crust (12 inch)

cup pizza sauce

slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Pull string cheese into thin strips. Spread pizza crust with sauce; top with cheese.

ARRANGE pepperoni slices on top of pizza to resemble a smiling face.

BAKE 10 to 14 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 8 slices to serve.

Variation

Substitute 4 English muffins, split and toasted, for the pizza crust. Spread each muffin half with 1 Tbsp. of the pizza sauce; top evenly with cheese. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of pizzas. Place on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Makes 8 servings, 1 pizza each.

My best friend's mom used to make something similar growing up in the shape of a butterfly. I used refrigerated pizza crust tube instead of the ready crust. Divide into 4 equal parts, roll into balls and press each onto prepared pizza pan or cookie sheet to resemble a butterfly. I used pepperoni and veggies and it was a big hit!

We made this recipe on family dinner night which we have one night a week where our children help us prepare the meal. My 4 year old enjoyed it the most because she could make any kind of faces she wanted. My 2 year old didn't really care about the cooking part she was more interested in eating the finished product. It was a lot of fun and i will be making it again.
