  • Place broccoli in large microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until broccoli is crisp-tender; drain. Return to bowl.
  • Cook and stir bacon in small saucepan on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Discard all but 2 tsp. drippings from pan.
  • Add apples and garlic to reserved drippings; cook 3 to 4 min. or until apples are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add VELVEETA; cook on low heat 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly. Stir in sour cream and bacon.
  • Add VELVEETA sauce and raisins to broccoli; mix lightly.
