  • Whisk vinegar, mustard and honey in medium bowl until blended. Gradually add oil, mixing well after each addition.
  • Add half the vinegar mixture to Brussels sprouts mixture; mix lightly.
  • Spoon quinoa into 4 serving bowls; top with Brussels sprouts mixture, chicken and nuts.
  • Drizzle with remaining vinegar mixture.
