I have made this salad twice now, once with Balsamic Vinaigrette and one time with Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette as I did not have Ranch dressing on hand. It was very delicious and I felt like I was eating a main course salad at a restaurant. Very yummy!

I also tried this recipe using italian salad greens with balsamic dressing, gala apples, dried cranberries, fetta cheese and smoked sliced turkey. It was very good.
