Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken

Baked chicken breasts get a sweet and tangy glaze of barbecue sauce laced with crushed pineapple in this easy-to-make dish.

What You Need

 onion, sliced
1
 green pepper, sliced
1-1/2
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips
1
tsp.  cornstarch
3/4
cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1
can  (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400ºF. Spread vegetables onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken.

MIX remaining ingredients; pour evenly over chicken. Cover loosely with foil.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with hot cooked rice.
