  • Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 2 min. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add remaining dressing and onions to skillet; cook and stir 2 min. Add peppers and mushrooms; cook 5 min. or until onions and peppers are crisp-tender. Stir in broth; bring to boil.
  • Mix sour cream and flour. Add to skillet along with meat; cook 1 min. or until meat is done and sauce is thickened, stirring frequently. Serve over drained noodles.


Prepare using whole wheat egg noodles.
