  • Heat broiler.
  • Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems; mix with remaining ingredients until blended.
  • Spoon Neufchatel mixture into mushroom caps; place on baking sheet.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 4 to 5 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

Add 1 tsp. Italian seasoning to Neufchatel mixture before spooning into mushroom caps.

How to Prepare Mushrooms for Stuffing

When preparing mushrooms for stuffing, create more room in the caps by using a melon baller. After removing the mushroom stem, use the small end of a melon baller to scoop a little extra mushroom flesh from the underside of the cap.
