There is growing interest in gluten-free and an expansion of product offerings in stores and in restaurants. Kraft Foods recognizes that consumers are looking for gluten-free products for medical reasons or personal preference and we are doing our part to accurately label our products to help interested individuals make informed choices. To further meet consumer interests, we have created these recipe collections. Recipes are made with Kraft products that contain no source of gluten, and include other food ingredients that are typically considered to be naturally gluten-free such as fruits, vegetables, lean meats and certain dairy products. For grain-based products, be sure to choose items such as rice, corn, potato or grains that are labeled “gluten-free.” For each recipe ingredient, always read all food labels each and every time you make food selections because formulas can change over time and gluten content of specific products can vary by brand and manufacturer.
In the kitchen, always make sure your work surfaces, utensils, pans and tools are free of gluten. Be sure to avoid cross contamination of cutting boards and utensils, too.
