I love this!!! made this as a side salad on valentines day. My husband and I loved it. So delicious. I will definetly make this again. great for entertaining!

what you need

2
 hearts of romaine lettuce
1/4
cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves, toasted
1
medium red pepper, cut lengthwise in half
1/4
cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Low-Moisture Mozzarella-Parmesan Cheese Blend
1/4
cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It

SEPARATE lettuce leaves; arrange on 2 large plates. Sprinkle evenly with the pecans.

CUT peppers into heart shapes, using a small cookie cutter. Add cutouts to each salad; sprinkle with cheese. (Reserve pepper trimmings for another use.)

POUR dressing evenly into 2 small bowls. Serve 1 with each salad. Dip lettuce into dressing to serve.
