One of the best additions to my soups! We love soups in my family. this was easy tp prepare. Put in anything you have on hand. It is very hearty! For company, I served with a calzone but for my husband and I the soup is more than enough! I make a large pot and freeze the rest! Better e next time!
I made this soup last week and it was wonderful! I added another cup of rotini pasta than the recipe called for and was very pleased. I have already given this recipe out to a friend and my sister. I plan on making this soup again and again!
My husband made this for dinner last night. WOW it was terrific!! Even the 7 yr old grandbaby liked the juice (not a great vegetable eater).
