What You Need

cans   (14.5 oz. each) vegetable broth
1
can  (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1
can  (15.5 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
1
 each celery stalk, zucchini and onion, chopped
1
 each red potato and carrot, peeled, chopped
1/3
cup  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2
cup  small pasta shells, uncooked
2
cups  tightly packed fresh spinach

Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

BRING all but last 4 ingredients to boil in large saucepan; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 45 min.

STIR in pasta and spinach; cook 10 min. or just until pasta is tender.

SERVE topped with cheese.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Variation
Prepare using elbow macaroni and/or substituting chopped cabbage for the spinach.
Special Extra
Stir in 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil just before serving.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with low-sodium saltine crackers.
