So good!! I added an extra can of chicken stock because I enjoy more broth. Will definitely be making it again.

10 servings, about 1 cup soup and 5 crackers each

What You Need

2
cans  (14.5 oz. each) vegetable broth
1
can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1
can (15.5 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
1
 each celery stalk, zucchini and onion, chopped
1
 each red potato and carrot, peeled, chopped
1/3
cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2
cup small shell macaroni, uncooked
2
cups fresh spinach
6
Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
 PREMIUM Saltine Crackers

Make It

BRING all but last 4 ingredients to boil in stock pot; simmer, covered, on medium-low heat 45 min.

STIR in macaroni and spinach; cook 10 min. or just until shells are tender.

TOP each serving with 2 tsp. Parmesan. Serve with crackers.

Variation
Substitute 2 cups chopped cabbage for spinach.
Special Extra
Give your soup a fresh flavor taste with the addition of 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil.
Substitute
Substitute small elbow macaroni for shells.
