  • Cook onions and garlic in hot oil in large saucepan on medium heat 5 minutes or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Add all remaining ingredients except green peppers; mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in green peppers. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Stir before serving.
