The easiest way to ensure that cooked meat or poultry is done is to check the internal temperature. Using an accurate food thermometer will take away the guesswork. Delicious, 1st time I ever tried something like this was very easy to do. Next time I'll read the receipe better before I start had to call some neighbors for cooking string:)
This was awesome! It was so easy and tasted amazing! I subsituted slice baby bella mushrooms for celery though and used cheddar and garlic croutons instead, since thats what we had in the house. Everyone loved it and I will definetly be making it again soon!
