Wow! Light, fluffy, fruity and both adults and kids loved it. Made it Easter 2015 and it is sure to reappear again. We made it mixing all ingredients together for a super easy side dish or light as air dessert,I wouldn't change a thing!

I love this combination of fruits! Delicious and cool for a warm day. Also love how the cream is lining the bowl. Some people I serve don't care for cream and they can just scooop out the fruit leaving more cream for the rest of us. Wonderful salad or dessert!

This is a great light summer dessert/salad. I know it by another name "Hawaiian Delight", my mother has been making this for years under that name. I make it in a small (6-pk) insulated cooler (with a chilled lid) to take to outdoor gatherings. It stays cold, holds a lot and is always a hit. Another plus, no one ever wants to steal a small cooler that they have to take home and wash out.
