Excellent!!! I get rave reviews with this!! I have even made this into a strawberry cheesecake by adding strawberries & a glaze on top!!! Very light!

What You Need

1/2
cup  HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
4
pkg.  (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1
cup  sugar
1/4
tsp.  almond extract
2
whole  eggs
3
 egg whites

Make It

HEAT oven to 325°F.

SPRAY bottom of 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray; sprinkle with cracker crumbs.

BEAT Neufchatel, sugar and extract with mixer until well blended. Gradually add whole eggs and egg whites, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour into prepared pan.

BAKE 55 min. to 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
