Chocolate-Dipped Fruit and Nut Garnishes
For a festive touch, adorn your favorite cheesecakes, cakes and pies with a few chocolate-dipped strawberries, pecan halves or peeled kiwi slices. Just melt BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate or BAKER'S GERMAN'S Sweet Chocolate as directed on package. Dip fruit or nuts halfway into chocolate; let excess chocolate drip off. Place on wax paper-covered baking sheets. Let stand at room temperature or refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Arrange decoratively over dessert just before serving.
