I've made this using peaches as I can't eat strawberries. It's easy, elegant and company loved it! Would definitely make this again and again!
I made this with vanilla ice cream and strawberries and made a strawberry sauce to serve over it this is a wonderful recipe and have even made with homemade lemon curd
