Made this for the Memorial Day holiday. This is the first time i have made this. The filling is too much and turns soupy once you add the strawberries. I washed the berries and dried them well and let them set out on a paper towel so i would not have extra moisture or water go into the filling. I took the extra filling and froze it to see if it was edible instead of wasting the ingredients. I was disappointed with this recipe and will not make it again. The Angel Lush with the angel food cake is much better. Was going to share with friends but will make a different dessert for the holiday.
So good! Better if you make it day before. The longer it sets the better!
