Assemble kabobs and foil packet as directed. Heat broiler. Place kabobs and foil packet on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 inches from heat, for 6 min., turning shrimp after 3 min. Broil foil packet an additional 4 min.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
