    I used potatoes instead of the turnips, it had nice flavor, I sprinkled the parmesan on before serving.

    So easy to make, and very delicious. I used carrots, potatoes, and onions. My 3 year old even enjoyed it.

    This made the house smell so good! I sprinkled a little parmesan cheese over the veggies when I served them -- I think that helps the taste. This could serve as the main dish for our house!
