HEAT oven to 375°F.
COVER baking sheet with foil. Mix bread crumbs and seasonings in pie plate.
SPREAD mustard onto both sides of chicken breasts. Dip, 1 breast at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Place on prepared baking sheet; drizzle with butter.
BAKE 20 to 25 min. or until done (165°F).
