This was good...I made several modifications based on other reviews and what I had on hand. I took 1/3 cup of zesty italian dressing, 2 tbsp of grey poupon, a few dashes of hot sauce and a tbsp of oil and stired them in a mixing bowl and marinated a chicken breast in the bowl. I then cooked the chicken in skillet and added the remaining marinade sauce at the end until boiled then heated through and served the dish over rice. Delicious!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great flavor and smelled delicious in the oven! Great flavor and smelled delicious in the oven! Even used the sauce on drumsticks. I think a great way to use the chicken would be cut up into a salad. Mmmmm! Also, next time I'm going to make a double batch of sauce for the same amount of chicken. Maybe it was because I used stone ground dijon but there didn't seem to be enough to go all over entirely, especially since it ended up tasting so good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have made this recipe several times now. I have made this recipe several times now. We have a family of 6 and everyone loves it. It is quick and easy. I added mushrooms (cut in half) the last 10 minutes of cooking. I served it on a bed of rice made with minute rice cooked in chicken broth with cooked carrot bits and chopped broccoli. We will continue to make this recipe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick, easy recipe. Quick, easy recipe. I didn't have an envelope of the Italian dressing so I just cut out the water and used bottled Italian dressing. 20 minutes at 375 degrees left the chicken raw though. I turned the oven up to 425 degrees and it cooked much better.

I cut up about 7 small red potatoes and decreased the chicken to 3 breasts and poured the mixture over all of that. I also increased the cooking time to about 40 minutes and a couple minutes under the broiler. Delicious!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I used the Dijon Country style. I used the Dijon Country style. I would make this again because the breast meat was tender and juicy, but I would like to find a way to have the flavor throughout the meat. Maybe, marinating over night.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I had high hopes for this recipe but unfortunately my expectations were not met. I had high hopes for this recipe but unfortunately my expectations were not met. The flavor of the mustard was too overwhelming. I would recommend using less mustard and maybe an oil to mix with.
