  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Beat cream cheese and milk in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Add eggs; mix well. Stir in hash browns and pepper.
  • Melt butter in 10-inch ovenproof skillet. Add zucchini and onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until zucchini is tender. Add potato mixture; mix well.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until center of frittata is set. Top with shredded cheese. Let stand 5 min.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a garden salad topped with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing and a fresh fruit cup.

Special Extra

Cook 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon along with the potatoes. Add to cooked zucchini and onions in skillet along with the potato mixture.

Use Your Microwave

Microwave butter in 8-inch square microwaveable dish on HIGH 30 sec. to 1 min. or until melted. Stir in potatoes, zucchini and onions. Microwave 3 to 4 min. or until zucchini is tender, stirring after 2 min. Beat cream cheese and milk in medium bowl with whisk until blended. Add eggs and pepper; mix well. Add to potato mixture; mix well. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave 12 to 14 min. or until eggs are almost set, stirring after 4 min. Top with shredded cheese. Let stand 5 min.

My younger cousin didn't but he wasn't sure to think of the "egg pie" as he called it. Try it. You may like or may not. I was certaintly surprised. Can't wait to make it again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Prepared for family of four. Prepared for family of four. Made a few changes. Halved recipe and baked in casserole dish. Omitted zucchini and used browned pork breakfast sausages cut into bite size pieces. Onion powder in place of sauteed onion. DELICIOUS! Eight thumbs up!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not care for this recipe. Did not care for this recipe. Taste is kinda bland, even though I added much more salt than the recipe called for. I also did not care for the hashbrowns in it. The frittata seems like it's missing something. I won't make this recipe again.
