I love this recipe! I use brown rice and usually add browned ground turkey and it is yummy! If you don't have the dressing on hand, simply mix 1 part olive oil with 2 parts red wine vinegar and shake in some italian seasoning. I've done this and it works out very well.
This recipe was delicious but not very filling.
This could use a bit more flavor, but satisfying overall.
