This was incredibly good and surprisingly easy.
FAVORITE recipe of all time! I do modify it a little to suit my taste more (fresh basil instead of cilantro) but I must give praise where it is due! If I hadn't stumbled upon this recipe several years ago I never would have discovered that Yes, I actually do like tomatoes!
I made it with all fresh Tomato's rather then Canned . I used Basil which was better then Clintro
