Hidden Treasure Chocolate Cups

What You Need

2
pkg.  (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/2
cup  butter
4
 eggs
1/2
cup  granulated sugar
3
Tbsp.  brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, cooled
2
Tbsp.  flour
1
Tbsp.  powdered sugar

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.

BEAT eggs, granulated sugar and coffee in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add chocolate mixture and flour; mix well. Pour into 6 (6-oz.) custard cups sprayed with cooking spray; place on rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 11 to 15 min. or until cakes are firm around edges but still soft in centers. Cool in cups 8 min.; invert onto dessert plates. Top with sifted powder sugar. Serve warm.

Batter can be ahead of time; pour into prepared custard cups. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and bake as directed.
Variation
If you don't have custard cups, you can prepare and bake these delicious desserts in 6 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray instead, adjusting the baking time if necessary until desserts are done.
