What You Need

1/4
cup  KRAFT THICK 'N SPICY Original Barbecue Sauce
2
Tbsp.  maple-flavored or pancake syrup
1/4
tsp.  orange zest
1
 skin-on salmon fillet (1 lb.)
1
Tbsp.  chopped fresh basil

Make It

HEAT greased grill to medium heat.

MIX first 3 ingredients until blended.

PLACE fish, skin-side down, on grill grate; brush with half the sauce. Grill 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with remaining sauce after 5 min.

REMOVE fish to platter; sprinkle with basil.

Cedar-Plank Salmon Grill
Immerse 1 untreated cedar plank (14x7x1-inch) in water, placing a weight on top of plank to keep it submerged. Soak 4 hours or overnight. Heat grill as directed. Brush top of plank with oil; top with fish. Place on grill grate; grill 10 min. Meanwhile, prepare sauce as directed. Brush fish with sauce; grill 5 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove from grill; sprinkle with basil.
