Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW! WOW! What a Fabulous Holiday Brisket Recipe. I cooked two 6 lb trimmed Briskets which served 16 Adults. I baked the Brisket the Day before Christmas. I cooked the Briskets in two seperate Aluminium Pans & placed each in a seperate Cooking Bag (easy cleanup). I then cooked the Briskets at 325 degrees for 4.5 hours. I let the Briskets rest for 15 minutes then sliced with an electric knife. I placed the Brisket in the Fridge and Reheated at 350 for 1 1/2 hours on Christmas (the next day). I must say my guests devored the Brisket. I only had a couple pieces left! I am a fair Cook in the kitchen. This was my first Brisket. I will serve this again. & again. Thanks Kraft for the Great Recipe!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I had the family Christmas at my home for the first time this year. I had the family Christmas at my home for the first time this year. I had a brisket in the freezer (had never made a brisket before either) and I really wanted to make something different. When I pulled up this recipe, I knew it was the one. It was incredibly tender and the flavor and aroma was amazing! Everyone loved it and there was absolutely none left for later. This is a keeper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My first time making a brisket, and it was a success! My first time making a brisket, and it was a success! I did, however, add and remove some ingredients: left out the apricot (not a big fan of very sweet meat) and added some limon juice and Mexican hot sauce, just to taste. And baked it for 4½ to 5 hours. I like to experiment, so I took some of the sauce out of the onions and injected it directly into the meat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely tasty! Extremely tasty! I have never cooked brisket before, and I was expecting it to come out a little tough, but it was very tender and juicy. The sauce is awesome!! Instead of using the 10 OZ bottle of A-1 steak sauce, I used 5 ounces of the A-1, and and put in 5 extra ounces of barb. sauce. What an amazing flavor!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely delicious. Absolutely delicious. I forgot to add the brown sugar and it was still amazing. My kids and parents loved it. I don't think the I needed the brown sugar. It taste great without it. I added some garlic powder, ground pepper and some montreal steak seasoning. Yummy.
