Brisket can be prepared up to 2 days in advance. Bake and slice meat as directed. Return meat to roasting pan; cover with meat drippings. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, reheat, covered, in 350°F oven 1 hour or until heated through.

Absolutely delicious. I forgot to add the brown sugar and it was still amazing. My kids and parents loved it. I don't think the I needed the brown sugar. It taste great without it. I added some garlic powder, ground pepper and some montreal steak seasoning. Yummy.
