Looks beautiful and good if served right away. If refrigerated for a few hours it becomes dry and not very good. I would put real whipped cream in and more of it.
I made this for Christmas Day dinner. It was super easy and delicious. I got the idea of serving it with a raspberry coulis when I saw the photo with the fresh raspberry. I took two pkgs of frozen raspberries in syrup, pureed, strained and chilled it. Then ladled a small amount on each individual plate and places a sliced of the yule log on top with a few fresh raspberries on the side. It was delicious and very colorful for the season. I liked the irregular nature of the chocolate drizzle because it really did look like a log. One thing you should do with the recipe is to tell people to trim the ends before finishing it.
