Store cut-up fudge between sheets of waxed paper in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
Omit semi-sweet chocolate and butter. Prepare using 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Butterscotch Flavor Instant Pudding, increasing white chocolate to 6 oz., microwaving 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter with the white chocolate and water and substituting chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts for the sprinkles.

This fudge was yummy and so easy to make. I read the one review and changed a few things though. The 1st 4 ingredients I melted slowly in a 3 qt sauce pan on stovetop burner. Removed from burner. Added the pudding and mixed for 2 minites with electric hand mixer. Then used the mixer to mix in the confectionery sugar. Pressed it into a pan and added the sprinkles. Chilled it for 2 hours. It set up perfect. It was good and easy to make.
For some reason my Fudge Bits didn't setup.
I followed the recipe, but it would make a good frosting.
