Prepare as directed, using 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin.
Dip mold in warm water for about 15 sec. Gently pull gelatin from around edges with moist fingers. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate.
Prepare this dessert in a special holiday-shaped mold, such as a Santa mold.

This is something everyone liked. It's super easy to make and makes a great impression. Add a touch more rum extract for a little stronger flavor, it's great.
I made this recipie for Thanksgiving. The results were fantastic. I had many requests for the recipie.
Some thought it was a lemon chiffon and others thought it was more like egg nog. A fun recipe for all!
