Holiday Popcorn

This was excellent and a pleasant change from the same old fudge, etc. that was served. felt like i was getting lots of fiber with this treat :-)

What You Need

1/2

tsp. salt, divided

cups warm air-popped popcorn

squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup (1 stick) butter or margarine

JET-PUFFED Marshmallows

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 275°F. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp. of the salt over popcorn in large bowl; toss to coat. Set aside.

MELT chocolate and butter in large saucepan on low heat, stirring frequently. Add marshmallows; cook until completely melted, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in remaining 1/4 tsp. salt. Pour over popcorn; toss to coat. Spread onto greased baking sheet.

BAKE 20 to 25 minutes or until crisp, stirring after 15 minutes. Cool on wax paper.

This was not what i was expecting, I don't think that the popcorn was aweet enough for my taste.

I love this recipe! It's great for holiday canisters. Tastes like chocolate Cracker Jacks.

My kids loved it. I used the large marshmallows and it turned out great. I'm going to make a couple of batches for Xmas gifts.

it turned out good but they arent telling you on the size of marshmallows to use. large or reg size

Yummy! The directions for the recipe should be updated to reflect when to put the popcorn into the chocolate mixture. I assumed I had done it correctly but I had to re-read the recipe several times to be sure.

it was hard to tell when to add the popcorn, or maybe i didnt read carefully enough. yummy
