  • Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min. or until done.
  • Add bell peppers, onions and 1 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing; cook 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, jalapeños, parsley and remaining dressing.
  • Serve chicken mixture with tomato mixture, lettuce, cheese and tortillas.
