Honey-BBQ Meatloaf with a Kick

A blend of honey and BBQ sauce gives this tasty meatloaf its sweet and savory flavor—but it's the Worcestershire sauce that gives it its kick!

What You Need

lb.  lean ground beef
24
 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
1
large  egg, beaten
2
Tbsp.  dried minced onions
1
Tbsp.  garlic powder
2
Tbsp.  honey
1/4
tsp.  ground black pepper
1
can  (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained, divided
1/4
cup  KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1
Tbsp.  plus 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, divided

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

MIX meat, cracker crumbs, egg, onions, garlic powder, honey, pepper, half each of the tomatoes and barbecue sauce, and 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce just until blended.

SHAPE into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; flatten top with spatula. Mix remaining tomatoes, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce until blended; spoon over meatloaf. Cover; place pan on rimmed baking sheet.

BAKE 1 hour or until done (160ºF), uncovering for the last 15 min.
