    Carrots needed to be cooked a little longer and I covered the pan as well, needs a little salt and more honey too, but I will make it again

    We really love carrots at our house and are always looking for variations to serve them. My family was a little unsure of the dressing but the glaze turned out fine and everyone enjoyed them.
