  • Cook pecans, honey and pepper in skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 6 min. or until mixture simmers and foams, stirring occasionally.
  • Spread onto greased baking sheet, separating slightly with fork; cool completely.

Although the recipe was easy to make it didn't turn out very good at all. Most of the pecans stuck to the wax paper and the ones that I could remove ended up in a container but never eaten because the pecans were so sticky. Just not a good recipe in my opinion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious... Delicious... everyone in the family loves them. They are a bit sticky, even when cool. I transfer them to a cookie sheet right away, then cut them apart with a knife or fork when cool, then use a spatula to lift them from the sheet and put them in a plastic container.

However, learn from me and do NOT place the pecans on waxed paper or you will be sorry. They got stuck! Also, when in a bowl, they stick to each other because the honey does not harden completely as I was hoping it would.
