Honey-Lime Chicken

Chicken breasts are brushed during grilling and served with a flavorful blend of honey mustard, lime juice, garlic and soy sauce.

What You Need

cup  GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
Tbsp.  lime juice
cloves  garlic, minced
Tbsp.  soy sauce
tsp.  grated lime zest (optional)
small  boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

Make It

MIX mustard, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce and lime zest until well blended. Reserve 1/2 cup of the mustard mixture for serving with cooked chicken.

GRILL or broil chicken 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining mustard mixture.

SERVE with reserved 1/2 cup mustard mixture.

Marinated Honey-Lime Chicken
Prepare mustard mixture as directed, increasing soy sauce to 2 Tbsp. Pour 1/4 cup of the mustard mixture over chicken; cover. Refrigerate 1 to 4 hours to marinate. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Cook chicken as directed. Heat reserved mustard mixture; serve with cooked chicken.
Keeping it Safe
Use a visual test to ensure boneless chicken breasts are thoroughly cooked. Cut small slit in the thickest part of each chicken piece. If meat is totally white with no pink color, it is safe to eat.
