The first time I made this, I wanted to make only half as much as the recipe directed, but I accidentally added the same amount of garlic, and paired with the mustard, it was horrible. But I made this a second time and it was awesome! Instead of using the honey mustard it called for, I used equal parts honey and dijon mustard, so it might have come out sweeter than intended; however, my daughter ate slices of the breast in a sandwich, and she loved it, and that was probably thanks to the added sweetness. I suggest trying this version if you have picky eaters who don't like the original recipe.
