GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard was not available so I substituted with another sweet honey dijon mustard. I used the other ingredients as called for, except I forgot the garlic. I brushed the chops with sauce (about 2 teaspoons per chop) and let marinade for 30 min. Grilled chops for 8 min. each side. I did not baste them. They were terrific! I used a little of the set-aside sauce at the table, but it didn't need much. The sauce is very flavorful and the chops were tender and moist. I froze the leftover sauce. I served this with a green salad and chili-lime corn-on-the-cob. Fantastic!

After reading the positive reviews of this recipe, I was very excited to make it- but I was extremely disappointed with the turnout. I followed the directions to a tee, but my family thought that the citrus was too strong in the marinade, and that it generally tasted "funny". Tried grilling and broiling the chops, but either way the marinade got very runny and prevented the chops from browning nicely. I ended up throwing it all away. Won't try this one again!

I don't cook with Grey Poupon or any of the dijon mustards because it upsets my hubby's tummy. I subsituted Spicy Brown mustard. Also, I didn't have any soy sauce, I used Angostura Teriyaki sauce instead. My hubby (who is picky) asked that I fix this recipe again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Me and my extremely picky husband both really enjoyed this recipe. Me and my extremely picky husband both really enjoyed this recipe. I usually do not like mustard so I added some honey as other members stated they had done. I used my broiler and the chops came out tender and flavorful. They were easy to make and I will definitely use this recipe again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was so easy to prepare and the flavor was wonderful. This was so easy to prepare and the flavor was wonderful. I added a tbsp of honey in addition to the honey mustard for a tad more sweetness. I used all the sauce for basting and didn't want or need more - the chops were succulent and tender. My husband absolutely loved this dish!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from THis recipe was very good. THis recipe was very good. I served it with Kraft's brown Minute rice cooked in chicken broth. It was outstanding. The contrast of the honey dijon mustard and lime juice was a powerful combination. I broiled mine and next time will be sure to use the grill.
