Graham cracker crumbs and honey give these muffins great flavor. Serve them warm for a special treat.

What You Need

 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 2-1/2 cups crumbs)
1/4
cup sugar
2
tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1
cup fat-free milk
1
 egg, beaten
2
Tbsp. honey

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF. Mix crumbs, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl.

ADD milk, egg and honey; stir just until moistened. Spoon into 9 greased muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.

BAKE 15 to 18 min. or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 min.; remove from pan. Serve warm.

To quickly crush graham crackers into crumbs, process in blender or food processor.
Special Extra
Drizzle muffins with a powdered sugar glaze made by mixing 2 Tbsp. milk or water into 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar until smooth.
