Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs for the Grill

Chicken thighs are given a paprika rub and a quick baste with cider vinegar and honey mustard in this flavorful recipe for the grill.

What You Need

Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
2
Tbsp.  cider vinegar
1/4
tsp.  celery seed
8
 boneless skinless chicken thigh (2 lb.)
1/2
tsp.  paprika

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

BRING mustard, vinegar and celery seed just to boil in saucepan, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; set aside.

RUB paprika evenly onto chicken pieces.

GRILL chicken 8 to 10 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), brushing with mustard mixture for the last few minutes.

Use Your Broiler
Heat broiler. Place chicken on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray. Broil chicken, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. on each side or until done (165ºF), turning and brushing occasionally with sauce for the last few minutes.
