  • Mix mustard, marmalade, ginger and garlic.
  • Place chicken in glass dish or plastic bag. Pour 1/4 cup of the mustard mixture over chicken; turn to coat. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove chicken from mustard mixture; discard mustard mixture.
  • Grill or broil chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Heat remaining mustard mixture. Serve over chicken.

Substitute

Substitute 2 tsp. ground ginger for 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh gingerroot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was FABULOUS! This recipe was FABULOUS!!!! I made the marinade in the morning ad let it sit all day and the grilling really brought the flavors out. I used fresh ginger root and I served it with the Grilled Tri-Colored Pepper and Mushroom Salad, which was equally out of this world and complemented this dish perfectly. This was incredibly easy to make and tasted like it came from a restaurant. I will DEFINITELY be making this again soon!!

IN fact, we have tried many of the Kraft Foods daily specials and all are good. Of course, sometimes I might change one or two ingredients to suit our taste. I am on here every morning getting the daily specials and the snack for the day. Thanks for putting them on here to enjoy and explore with.

Everyone seemed to enjoy the chicken, and there is nothing better than food cooked on a grill. I also grilled the peppers, which made for a colorful presentation. Sliced oranges and a spig of parsley to complete. If it looks good it tastes better. Less mustard and more marmalade, and soak for several hours to really achieve your flavors.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from over all very good however i got the wrong mustard and had to add honey and sugar to kill the over... over all very good however i got the wrong mustard and had to add honey and sugar to kill the over powering mustard flavor, but after i made the adjustments it was quite good i also cooked mine in the oven not the grill, the chicken came out great we will make this again only next time ill read the lable before i buy something

Rated 4 out of 5 by from i was shocked when my brother said it was good. i was shocked when my brother said it was good. he usually doesnt like things like this. i never got marmalade so i dont know if it was suppose to have the rinds in it, but i didnt like that if it was just the stuff it probably would've been better, i will make it again and hopefully i'll find a better marmalade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Wow! This recipe was so amazing. I marinated the chicken all day, and it came out so juicy and delicious! I like the extra orange sauce on the side, but everyone else thought it was too much. The chicken had all of its flavor, so there was really no need to add the sauce unless you are an orange lover like me!
