This recipe was FABULOUS!!!! I made the marinade in the morning ad let it sit all day and the grilling really brought the flavors out. I used fresh ginger root and I served it with the Grilled Tri-Colored Pepper and Mushroom Salad, which was equally out of this world and complemented this dish perfectly. This was incredibly easy to make and tasted like it came from a restaurant. I will DEFINITELY be making this again soon!!
