Honey Mustard Spare Ribs

Dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar and soy sauce make an out-of-this-world glaze for these easy pork spareribs.

What You Need

1/2
cup  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/3
cup  honey
1/4
cup  white wine vinegar
1/4
cup  packed light brown sugar
1
Tbsp.  oil
1
Tbsp.  soy sauce
2
lb.  pork baby back ribs, halved lengthwise, cut into individual ribs (see Tip)

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

COMBINE all ingredients except ribs in small saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer on low heat 3 min.

ARRANGE ribs on rack in roasting pan. Bake 40 min., turning after 20 min. Brush with mustard mixture; bake 20 min., turning and brushing with glaze every 10 min.

How to Cut Ribs into Riblets
Ask your butcher to cut the ribs in half lengthwise. Then you can easily cut between each rib to get the riblets.
