MIX all ingredients except chops until blended.
HEAT large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 2 to 3 min. or until bottoms are browned. Turn; top with sauce.
COOK on medium heat 5 min. or until chops are done (145ºF) and evenly coated with glaze, turning occasionally. Remove from heat. Let stand 3 min. before serving.
